The company is a cooperative firm in Spain that is primarily engaged in the production and distribution of fresh and processed vegetables, fruits and other related agricultural products. With headquarters in Merida, Spain, it was founded in 1985. The company's product range includes: transformed rice, transformed tomatoes, canned vegetables, olive and olive oils, and cereals. It has its own grain driers, stocking sheds and transformation industry for its rice products which are offered with Guadiala trademark, and thaiperla or thaibonnet, and sold in bulk as parboiled and white; transformed tomato offers fresh and mature tomatoes and processed tomatoes according to client's needs, particularly the manufacturing industry. Its canned vegetables include: white asparagus which are available in 2,500 gr., 780 gr., 390 gr., 205 gr. and 125 gr. cans; red peppers are available in all varieties: piquillo peppers, natural peppers in brine and spiced peppers, whole or chopped; canned peaches in syrup,or delicious yellow fresh; olive oil and olives- olive oil: combined juices from two different varieties of olives such as: cornicabra DO (denomination of Origin), Montes de Toledo and cacereña DO, and Gata-Hurdes; cereal products: provides cereals for human and animal feeding purposes.
